SIR GALAHAD'S GHOST is a daylily expression of the famous knight's purity of spirit; memories of the Grail quest and all that; saving maidens from black knights, dragons and ogres.
The blossom reminds me of the ladies' favors that the knights carried during jousts; like a piece of fine silk attached to the jousters lance.
The near-white blossom is very light lavender pink which blends subtly into a complimentary olive-green throat. The open form and slight ruffling add to its distinction.
SIR GALAHAD'S GHOST is a very pretty plant and will enhance any garden.
