RIDDLE ME THIS

Unusual Form Variable crispate. 36x6 SE. Early/Mid. 2 branches + terminal “Y”
RIDDLE ME THIS is a deep grape jelly purple. The product of the cultivars of two daylily pioneers Munson and Lambert. DIABOLOQUE is not as clear a purple as one would like, but combined with CAMEROONS it had produced a very clear purple flower that reveals itself in different poses. RIDDLE ME THIS is not only an outstanding garden subject, but a superb parent both pod and pollen for lavender and purple Ufos. I have used it extensively and it has not disappointed me. RIDDLE ME THIS is quite sunfast but it will slick at extreme temperatures, a feature it shares with most purples.
