A beautiful gold color, heavy substance, and deeply fissured sculpting are the “cool” qualities that make this flower outstanding. Like the color yellow, gold can be in a myriad of shades and hard to describe. This gold is similar to the  brilliant, shinny color of a gold watch  This color is very pleasant to the eye. The green in the throat often comes all the way out onto the sculpting.  The petals are nicely ruffled and have a small gold edge. Blooms above the foliage. Fertile both ways. Named for my 8-year old granddaughter.
