MELODYE CAMPBELLMELODYE CAMPBELL ( Frequent Comment X Tet Siloam Ralph Henry) 5” Blooms, 25”Scape, 3Br., 22 Buds, Mid/Re. Semiev. Tet. One of my most robust introductions to date. A glorious pale lemon tet, sporting a nice pale gold ruffling around the petals. Fertile both ways, very dark green foliage, early bloom, and she repeats with a second set of scapes here in Florida. The first bloom on Melodye Campbell had a super colored edge. I have been using it for “edge-no-eye” breeding to recapture that venue in my lines. I believe that the TSRH genes have bestowed a generous amount of dormancy in this daylily, a boon to Northern Gardeners.! Fast Increaser. |
