Tall, at 36 to 38 inches, and very fertile, she was loaded with pods last season. I have no idea where the height came from, as the pod parent grew very low. It is a stunning example of being unable to predict daylily genes in advance. AEGEAN SEA is quite a sight, nevertheless. Great arching foliage, dark green in color, and a lovely bloom that has a pale pink caste very early in the morning. The pale lilac-blue eyezone is wonderful and quite delicate in nature, making the overall effect quite lovely. I hope you are as infatuated with AEGEAN SEA as much as I have been.
