Collins Rainbow Garden, owned and operated by
Ted and Claudette J. Collins, is located about 1 1/2 miles South of Whigham, Georgia on
County Road 179 South.
Whigham is located half the way between Baindridge, GA and Thomasville, GA on Highway 84, or 35 miles North of Tallahassee, FL. |
The garden is set in
and among the shade of pine trees, and consists of multiple designed raised beds.
We have about 1 1/2 acres where you can find some of the newest and best daylilies to be observed. We grow about 1000 named daylilies. |

We started the garden
over 20 years ago. Ted has been
hybridizing for over 10 years, and grows between 2,000 and 5,000 seedlings a year.
In 1997, Ted introduced his first four daylilies. He has also introduced a few more. |
